Thomas Saueressig bridges the gap between software engineering and customer success at SAP. As Chief Customer Officer, he oversees global sales strategy, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise AI adoption, helping companies see real returns on their technology upgrades.

He previously led SAP's entire application portfolio as head of Product Engineering and drove the company's internal cloud-first shift as CIO. His recent focus centers on regional innovation, exploring how to capitalize on Europe's current AI momentum.

Beyond SAP, he serves as Vice Chair of Nokia's Board of Directors and sponsors workplace inclusion networks for women in tech.
