## About

Tim Schade leads the Tech Office and works as a software architect at GFT Technologies. He designs JVM-based architectures and figures out how to make software systems consume less energy.

His work zeroes in on green coding and building sustainable, low-carbon infrastructure. Beyond sustainability, he tackles future security threats. He teaches teams how to prepare for post-quantum cryptography, breaking down lattice-based algorithms and hybrid TLS setups for when conventional encryption fails.
