Tim Verhoeven analyzes labor market data to lead talent intelligence for Indeed across the DACH region. He focuses on using recruiting analytics to help companies build better candidate experiences.

Before Indeed, Tim ran recruiting and HR marketing for a global management consultancy. He regularly explores modern hiring challenges and labor shifts through his blog, Recruitingnerd, and his podcast, HR-Data-Dudes. His numerical approach to human resources earned him an HR Excellence Award in 2018.
