## About

Tobias Hengelbrock builds infrastructure and handles data engineering at IAV GmbH. He focuses on how teams actually build and deploy microservices, specifically by improving the daily developer experience.

Instead of making developers rewrite boilerplate CI/CD pipelines or database connections, Tobias creates project templates that abstract the busywork. This approach keeps codebases consistent and lets engineers focus directly on feature logic rather than chasing configuration drift.
