## About

Tomasz Kacala builds enterprise data and analytics systems. With two decades in the data domain, he focuses on turning raw business information into functional, scalable architecture. He currently manages data solutions at Conectys, where he built their business intelligence environment from the ground up, following an 11-year stint engineering analytics environments at Lumen.

Today, Tomasz focuses heavily on AI integration. His current work and talks explore how conversational AI combined with Microsoft Data Agents can automate trend analysis, drive low-latency voice synthesis, and drastically reduce data handling effort in contact centers.
