Uli Irnich advises CIOs and technology buyers across EMEA for Salesforce. Before this, he spent over a decade guiding IT strategy as a CIO at telecom companies like Vodafone, Telefonica, and Liberty Global.

His work tackles the messy reality of enterprise tech. Instead of just running AI pilots, Uli speaks on the structural changes needed to make them stick—focusing on data governance, business process redesign, and organizational courage. He also guides companies through complex M&A tech integrations.

Based in Düsseldorf, Uli hosts the *Digital Pacemaker* podcast, where he explores the day-to-day realities of the digital workforce.
