## About

Vera Slavnić is an Agile Coach who helps cross-functional engineering teams navigate scale and complexity. Currently leading five distributed teams, she builds transparency and accountability into modern delivery workflows.

Lately, her work zeroes in on managing artificial intelligence as an active participant in everyday development.
