Vidhya Krishnamoorthy manages software engineering and leads design systems at Morgan Stanley. She focuses on building UI foundations that scale seamlessly across global teams.

She cares about making interfaces adaptable and resilient. Her work explores how logical CSS can replace fragile overrides, allowing layouts to automatically adjust to different languages and writing modes. Alongside her engineering work, she mentors developers and co-chairs her local Women in Technology community.

Outside of tech, Vidhya embraces solo travel and explores topics around psychology, mental health, and neurodivergence.
