Vince Szymczak figures out how companies find and hire the right people. He focuses on the practical mechanics and tools of recruitment. After ten years running hiring programs at multinational corporations, he joined boutique consultancy The Source Code Agency.

Today, he works with teams around the world to audit and upgrade their sourcing strategies. He trains recruiters on better ways to find candidates, a topic he covers in talks like his session on learning IT sourcing while actually having fun.
