# Vinodsingh Ramalwan
Systems engineer helping product teams adopt GitOps and manage infrastructure as code.

## About

Vinodsingh Ramalwan builds platform infrastructure and developer tooling at MediaMarktSaturn. He started in frontend development before shifting into systems engineering, focusing on Kubernetes, pipelines, and infrastructure as code.

Today, he helps large product teams break away from centralized bottlenecks to manage their own deployments. His talk on [driving GitOps adoption](/videos/1936-convincing-product-teams-to-adopt-gitops-in-a-large-org) explored how a peer-mentoring program empowered engineers to take operational ownership using Flux and Terraform.

Originally from India, he relocated to Germany for his master's studies and continues to build developer support systems there today.
