## About

Vishwak Thatikonda designs systems built for extreme resilience. As a Lead Full Stack Engineer at Starbucks, he architected the data foundation powering the point-of-sale platform across 38,000 stores worldwide. His past work is equally broad, ranging from engineering ground systems for NASA's Perseverance Rover to scaling an MIT GeoAI spinout from scratch.

He focuses heavily on high-performance, cost-efficient infrastructure. His open-source project, LambdaForge, demonstrates how to use AWS Lambda and Python microservices to run real-time trading engines for mere pennies a month.

A former ACM Chairperson, Vishwak has also directed blockchain logistics for UPS and built banking platforms for millions of users at Credit Sesame.
