## About

Will Bryk builds search infrastructure for AI agents. As the co-founder and CEO of Exa, he recognized early on that bots would eventually search the web more than humans. Instead of wrapping existing APIs, his team built a full-stack search engine from scratch—complete with custom ranking algorithms and vector databases.

Before Exa, Will studied computer science and physics at Harvard and wrote code at Cresta. Today, he focuses on how specialized AI services plug into modern systems, recently exploring how browsers are evolving into orchestration layers that manage AI retrieval. He is based in San Francisco.
