## About

Wouter Ligtenberg builds and automates infrastructure at ING. He focuses on CI/CD pipelines and standardizing Kubernetes workloads across international teams.

Instead of jumping blindly into new frameworks, Wouter treats tech adoption as a phased process. He maps out how to explore, scale, and eventually decommission tools before they turn into technical debt.

When he steps away from the keyboard, you can usually find him on a splitboard touring the Romanian mountains.
