## About

YK Sugi is a developer experience manager at Eventual and the founder of CS Dojo, a programming YouTube channel with nearly two million subscribers. He spends his time figuring out how to make AI-assisted coding actually work in production.

After building Kaguya, an early open-source coding assistant, he used over a billion tokens to test the limits of what AI can generate. His talks break down the spectrum of "vibe coding" into practical frameworks, teaching developers how to avoid poor outputs through strict discipline and smart architectural decisions.
