Your responsibilities

WeAreDevelopers seeks a highly skilled and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness.

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through digital marketing channels, email marketing, content marketing, and B2B partner events
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends and insights
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop long-term plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives
  • Adaptability and the ability to pivot quickly in response to changes in the market or the competitive landscape
