Your responsibilities

WeAreDevelopers is seeking a Junior Designer to join our team and assist in the development and evolution of our brand and visual identity. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital, print and web and will work closely with our Lead Designer to create assets for new and existing formats like the WeAreDevelopers World Congress or wearedevelopers.com platform with its communication channels.

  • Assist in the development and evolution of the WeAreDevelopers brand and visual identity
  • Work closely with the Lead Designer to create collaterals required by the marketing and developer relations team
  • Assist in creating the visual aspect of the WeAreDevelopers World Congress event
  • Contribute creative solutions for visually-based problems or needs
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure design consistency across all platforms

Your profile

  • 1+ years of experience in digital, print and web design
    - preferably skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Diverse portfolio of work showcasing a range of design skills and styles
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Desire to learn and grow as a designer
