Marketing Assistant

WeAreDevelopers is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our marketing efforts with a focus on social media, content planning and production, and supporting us with promoting and organizing events. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for developer-focused marketing.

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media and other marketing channels.
• Create engaging and informative content for social media and other marketing channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, online events, and regular video content production.  
• Monitor and report the community of WeAreDevelopers across channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, content planning and production, and event management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
