Your responsibilities

We are looking for are authentic senior sales manager with a winning and positive personality. As a Sales Team we think out-of-the-box, challenge ourselves continuously to grow, help our customers achieving their goals and at the same time have a lot of fun.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • identifying and proactively acquiring new customers for WeAreDevelopers
  • building and evolving relationships with these partners
  • the entire sales process in new business reflected in our CRM (Hubspot)
  • recognizing the needs of potential customers, generating buying interest, presenting our solutions personally or virtually, inspiring your contact persons about our products and independently closing new partnerships
  • actively taking part in positioning WeAreDevelopers in the B2B target group and therefore positively contributing to the customer experience

Your profile

  • You have a proven track record within B2B sales over the past 3-5 years
  • You are passionate about customer contact and technology and ready to turn your enthusiasm into a job
  • You have a confident appearance and excellent presentation & communication skills
  • You enjoy networking, managing relationships with senior decision makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Cold calling, strong negotiation skills and closing deals are your absolute strengths
  • You enjoy working in fast-paced, dynamic environments in an independent and self-organized fashion

A must: Since your contacts are within the DACH region as well as globally distributed, fluent German and English (spoken & written) is a must, as well as openness to travel.

A bonus: Experience in software / SaaS sales and / or personnel management
