Completed education in IT or economics
Excellent communication skills, competence for mediation and conflict resolution
Advanced language skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
Personal enthusiasm for agility
Scrum Master certification is an advantage
Experience with tools for agile project management (Jira, Azure DevOps) is an advantage

Scope of Work

ring(tasks)

Organization and execution of Scrum ceremonies
Coaching and support of distributed Scrum teams in their selforganization
Identify and remove obstacles
Responsibility for continuous improvement of the processes in the teams
Supporting product owners in creating requirements
