• Experience and Knowledge: multiple years of experience in developing technically demanding integrated circuit; knowledge of design and product qualification methodology for Automotive; basic understanding of requirements and methods acc. ISO26262 (for example FMEDA, FTA, metrics)
• Education and Languages: Completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, information electronics or a comparable subject, very good communication skills in written and spoken English, French and German is a plus

Gross salary starting from 90.000,00 EUR p.a. (38.5 h / week, collective agreement metalworking, no all-in contract). Overpayment is practiced due to the appropriate experience and qualifications. Another additional salary component are bonuses.

• Take over responsibility: As a Chip-Lead you are responsible for the IC Requirements specification and mapping of the IC requirements to the customer requirements. You drive IC design and volume production readiness while owning the chip level KPIs (Power, Performance, Test Time, Area).
• Assess in a structured manner: You own the IC datasheet and Errata sheet and present the technical content to customers. In addition to that ensuring SoC IPs blocks fit into the top-level chip hierarchy and ensuring on-chip interfaces are ready is also your responsibility.
• Think holistically: The technical leadership in critical decision making and integration of concepts from system engineers and architects is also part of your to do and you will work closely together with the project manager, the system architects, the software architects and the IP project managers
