Fullstack Dev as Requirements Engineer (Sports Tech) at FreshFX

Requirements

Use your dev background to create technical requirements and user stories based on documents and discussions with stakeholders as well as the UI/UX team, between which you will act as communication bridge
Ability to create and maintain high-quality documentation and reports
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and establish good working relationships across stakeholders, internal dev teams and end-users
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, servant leadership skills and conflict-resolution ability
Familiar with Jira or similar agile project managements tools
Fluency in both, spoken and written German and English

Scope of Work

Your experience as Frontend (or Fullstack) Developer will support you to not only develop, but mainly to create technical requirements for Frontend and Backend (Node, React) for one of the biggest sports management and analytics platforms available.
Engage with relevant stakeholders to capture, design, validate, verify and track progress of requirements
Collect and ensure documentation of requirements for the development team
Translate requirements into user stories, write user stories.
Engage with the dev and design teams and take part in the development processes
