System Lead Engineer Driver Assistance Systems (m/f/d) at ZF Group


  • Successfully completed studies in engineering, ideally in electronics, computer science, mechatronics or mechanical engineering as well as several years of professional experience in product development 
  • Practical experience in the field of driver assistance systems including common sensors such as radar, camera, lidar, etc. as well as experience in dealing with Vector CANalyzer and CANape 
  • Knowledge of software configuration and requirements management tools (such as MKS Source Integrity) 
  • Basic knowledge of Matlab/Simulink for analysis purposes as well as programming skills in C/C++ and Java are an advantage 
  • Fluent in English and German 

Scope of Work

  • Coordination of the analysis of all project requirements as well as support of internal and external system requirements as well as planning and tracking of system-relevant activities 
  • Close cooperation with the coordinating technical project engineer 
  • Targeted coordination of suppliers 
  • Continuous comparison of your plans with software and testing departments, as well as suppliers 
  • Coordination of supplier acceptance workshops on the in-house test site to ensure delivery quality
