Software Test Manager (m/f/d) Computer-assisted Surgery at Stryker

• Based on a successful engineering degree, you have already gained a minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in Software and/or System Testing, System Engineering, System Integration, and Test or related experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years experience with Systems that includes Hardware and Software.
• Experience with regulatory standards applicable to medical device and software development life cycle: ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in goal setting, coaching, mentoring, and developing a successful team.
• Prior development experience with C, C++, Python and/or implementation of ISTQB and ISO SW testing standards is preferred.
• You can navigate in a matrix organization and understand how to effectively communicate and build strong relationships across different hierarchy levels and functions in an intercultural context.
• Fluent German and English skills complete your profile.

• Together with your team you will be responsible for planning and conducting complex software and system integration tests for our navigated surgical applications.
• You will drive the entire software testing process including definition of test strategies, development of test cases, the execution of all test activities, data collection, documentation, and release.
• You will maintain close cooperation with internal international interfaces to coordinate strategies, methods, equipment, and resources.
• Therefore, you will work with Project Leads to ensure the project schedule is realistic, and hold the Project Lead and team accountable.
• As a leader, you will drive the growth of the team through the recruitment of top performing talents and actively promote the personnel and professional development of team members.
