Requirements
- Deep understanding of software product development and delivery
- Several years of experience in design and implementation of DevOps processes in agile software development projects
- Deep understanding of standard DevOps tools such as Gitlab, SonarQube, Sentry, Artifactory, Fortify, Aqua Security
- Good experience in software development based on Java, JavaScript or Python, R, and Go
- Solid conceptual and analytical skills
- Openness to new topics and challenges combined with out-of-the-box thinking
- Independent and self-responsible way of working paired with the ability to work in a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High degree of energy drive and enthusiasm
- Fluent in English and German
- Willingness to travel
Scope of Work
- You act as a lead engineer for DevOps Platforms based on tools such as Gitlab, SonarQube, Sentry, Artifactory, Fortify, Aqua Security.
- You collaborate closely with solution architects to design state-of-the-art DevOps enabled solutions
- You consult groupwide project teams for implementing DevOps processes and tools to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) in agile projects
- You mentor and support developers on DevOps practices and provides trainings to development teams
- You ensure compliance to enterprise architecture, global information security policies and engineering strategy by applying standard methodologies, processes and tools
- You design a secure application-release automation process to make security an integral part of the CI/CD pipelines
