Requirements

  • Deep understanding of software product development and delivery

  • Deep understanding of standard DevOps tools such as Gitlab, SonarQube, Sentry, Artifactory, Fortify, Aqua Security
  • Good experience in software development based on Java, JavaScript or Python, R, and Go
  • Solid conceptual and analytical skills
  • Openness to new topics and challenges combined with out-of-the-box thinking
  • Independent and self-responsible way of working paired with the ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of energy drive and enthusiasm
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel

Scope of Work

  • You act as a lead engineer for DevOps Platforms based on tools such as Gitlab, SonarQube, Sentry, Artifactory, Fortify, Aqua Security.
  • You collaborate closely with solution architects to design state-of-the-art DevOps enabled solutions
  • You consult groupwide project teams for implementing DevOps processes and tools to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) in agile projects
  • You mentor and support developers on DevOps practices and provides trainings to development teams
  • You ensure compliance to enterprise architecture, global information security policies and engineering strategy by applying standard methodologies, processes and tools
  • You design a secure application-release automation process to make security an integral part of the CI/CD pipelines
