(Senior) Full-Stack Engineer - JavaScript Lover (m/f/d) at HOSPITALITY.digital

• Excellent experience in web application development for medium-to-large enterprise owning the software development lifecycle working with various team sizes and clear understanding of computer science fundamentals such as data structure, algorithms, problem solving, software design & core programming concepts.
• Must have experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform and Docker.
• Excellent experience as a full stack engineer proficient in Typescript, Javascript (ES6+)
• Sound general experience with public or private cloud environments.
• Proficient in modern frontend stacks to best handle side effects, styling, testing, etc.
• Proven experience with microservices architectures, REST and general understanding of infrastructure as code, monitoring tools, test automation and various database systems, etc.
• Proven experience with performance improvements (like caching techniques, database query optimization, queues, performance monitoring and profiling etc.)
• Proven experience in writing your own unit, behavior and integration tests for current/new scenarios with a solid level of ownership that does not end till deployment.
• Fluent in English. German or other languages are beneficial.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people with leaning to the first group.
• Demonstrate ability & willingness to learn and transfer knowledge as a mentor to others by introducing new workflows, methodologies, tooling, etc.
• Demonstrate openness to all viewpoints during agile processes and inventory steps while also making balanced decisions during live incidents and clearly articulating real-time trade-offs to maintain focus on business goals, commitments and SLAs.
• Have motivation to learning and applying new technologies & skills that lean towards open source PoC projects, spike solutions, iterating on enhancements and able to demonstrate how the organization can effectively leverage them.
• Translate concerns & demands across technical teams or with management and, if necessary, make balanced proposals highlighting trade-offs as implementing next actionable items.
• Demonstrate effective empathic cross-team and inter-team relationship building to promote trust and bring skills & advocating for best practices to others.
