Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Software developer, with at least the last 4 years in python
- Experience with python packaging
- Experience with scaling up microservices and distributed system
- Technical degree in Computer Science or a similar field
- Excellent analytical skills, humor, passion for development of reliable and scalable solutions
- You have a good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with source code management tools (git)
- Knowledge of the DevOps workflow (docker, gitlab-ci, kubernetes)
It's a plus if you have experience with:
- Open-source experience
- Experience in Python’s data science libraries (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn)
- Data wrangling
- OLAP databases (Clickhouse)
- Web development (both frontend and backend)
Scope of Work
- Be part of a newly created team focusing on the implementation of scalable solutions for a microservice architecture
- Developing abstractions to ease the implementation for other developers via python libraries
- Analyze performance bottlenecks in applications and aid in resolving them
