Software Engineer Equity & Multi Asset Solutions (f/m/d) at Allianz Global Investors GmbH

University degree in IT, Engineering or related field of study
Initial working experience in development and operations of business applications with a certain complexity level
Proven experience in front-end and/or backend with background in data integration, API's: Python, Angular, SQL
Broad understanding of data models in a business context and the ability to perform data analysis
Experienced in standardised software development lifecycle processes and related SDLC tools (Jira, Visual Studio Code, Github, AzureDevOps, Autosys, Databricks)
Understanding of non-functional requirements and IT best practices, key regulatory standards for business applications
Proficiency in English required, further languages would be highly helpful
Experience in AWS or Azure cloud services with Azure Data Factory, Datadog, Azure SQL, Deltalake and Microsoft Power Platform for reporting and visualization
Ideally experienced with SaaS or cloud based solutions and related support models

Maintain and improve AllianzGI's Equity Investment Management solutions which support important business processes of multiple Investment teams globally
Ensure day-to-day stability and high-quality Operations Support for Equity application landscape
Driving maturity and scalability of application solutions by continuous change implementation
Act as IT application specialist for the Equity Investment Management platform in close collaboration with support teams from operations and technology
Actively contribute to monthly stakeholders meetings and build transparency to stakeholders in terms of application incidents, updates & patches as well change and release planning
Ensure a stable operating environment looking at full eco systems with in/outbound data feeds, application layers as well output channels for reporting and analytics
Drive forward innovation and digitization initiatives; incorporating non-functional and regulatory requirements
