• Hire, cultivate, and supervise cross-functional teams, enhancing productivity and collaboration.

Vendor and Resource Management:

• Manage budget planning and escalations with external vendors.
• Oversee recruitment, performance assessments, and personal development of team members.

• Plan and execute cross-functional initiatives, continuously improving processes and solutions.
• Monitor and enhance technical and process KPIs aligned with business strategies.
