Have you found a job you like?
Then simply apply via our online form. We need only your name, an E-Mail adress and if you like also your CV. Nothing more. Easy Peasy.
We have received your application and are now checking all the documents. Usually, we will contact you within seven days. We will then conduct a short interview in which you have an exchange with your contact person from Recruiting - in our case, it will be me - Lucas (the guy from the picture ⬆). I will give you insights to BIKE24 and our IT, we speak about you and your motivations, past experiences and already see if the conditions (salary, vacation etc.) could match.
Your profile has convinced us! We have two more interviews coming up. You will meet Sara (Team Lead) and André (Head of Engineering). After a brief technical challenge you will have the final interview with the Tech Lead for the team we are looking for a new colleague. By the way: overall we have 5 product teams at the moment.
The application process is now almost over. If we are convinced that we are a good match, we will make you an offer. We clarify all the important conditions and briefly look back on the exchange so far. If everything is clear, we will send you the contract and prepare your onboarding. Welcome to the team!
Meet Daniel, currently the Tech Lead of our Checkout & Retention Team.
