Software Development Manager at eurodata AG

·     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

·     Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development project management

·     Experience leading and managing software development teams

·     Experience with delivering software projects using Agile methodologies

·     PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.

·     Strong skills in project management, leadership, communication, problem-solving 
 and decision-making

·     Strong understanding of software development, budget and timeline management
 as well as project management best practices

·     Fluent in English and intermediate skills in speaking German 

·    Develop and implement project delivery plans

·    Manage project budgets and timelines

·    Ensure that project deliverables meet the client's expectations

·    Monitor project progress and take corrective action as needed

·    Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress

·    Ensure that project risks are identified and managed

·    Manage the team of developers, QA Engineers and Analysts, providing guidance 
 and mentorship

·    Ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals

·    Manage and oversee the entire project delivery process

·    Contact and escalation person for customers

·    Setting up processes related to implementation of products and services

·    Definition of competencies needed for implementation of customers' requirements

·    Design and communication of time plans and implementations' schedules

·    Distribution of tasks to work groups/teams in cooperation with team managers

·    Coordination of resources in product development and support

·    Management of product and project documentation

·    Definition of key metrics, KPIs and SLAs related to provided services

·    Support of sales and additional sales activities
