Requirements

Your core competencies

Strong IT and technology affinity and interest in new technologies
Knowledge of SWIFT and Clearing-Infrastructure Target, EURO1, EBA STEP2, EBA RT1, TIPS
Experience in Payments and Cash Management products, processes, and related IT landscape
Experience as an IT application manager
Interest of working within a service management and the related IT and control processes
Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools
Fluent in English and at least basic knowledge in German (additional languages are highly appreciated)

Nice to have

Experience as an IT business analyst or requirements engineer
Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Hands-on experience with agile and adaptive working methodologies (Dev-Ops/Scrum/Kanban)

Scope of Work

The SWIFT Team is part of RBI’s Cash Management Tribe. We are an agile team, working closely together with our Payments and Cash Management colleagues from business and IT. We are responsible for the maintenance and further improvement of our SWIFT Service and Infrastructure.

Your role at RBI

You will take over end-to-end responsibility for our SWIFT Service and take part in design and architecture decisions
You will be working on daily operations as well as on innovative projects
You will do requirements engineering and business analysis, design solutions and manage the testing of the implementation
You will bring in new ideas and develop them with the team and our internal and external partners
You will be working co-located with Cash Management Tribe
Your focus is on delivery of value in an efficient way following the agile principles
