What you will be working on: 

• Managing and prioritizing team backlog in collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. Execution Lead, other Product Owners, PMs, engineers) and maintaining the backlog’s content and conceptual integrity. 
• Leading a team of engineers, engaging in hiring and organizational topics.  
• Ensuring smooth and effective teamwork, focusing on mentoring, coaching and leadership. 
• Motivating and supporting team members to grow, discovering training needs. 
• Challenging requirements to understand what the customer pain is and why we want to address it. 
• Creating an inspiring, cooperative environment with open communication and fostering teamwork. 
• Collaborate with local and international development teams 

Your profile: 

• 5+ years of experience in leading development team 
• Proficient and experience in agile software development principles  
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills 
• Passion for mentoring, coaching and transferring your own knowledge 
• Flexibility and enthusiasm about development with drive and clear goals  
• You love working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, developers and architects and you’re not scared of tech talk
• You’re an experienced leader who can motivate people to work towards a shared vision
