Your profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development
  • Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming (Test Driven Development, Clean Code, Design Patterns)
  • First lateral management experience, e.g. as technical project manager
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach, with the ability to inspire even in challenging situations through confident demeanour and goal-oriented communication
  • Very good communication and written skills in English with the ability to communicate your results and concepts to cross-functional team members

Scope of Work

What you can expect:

  • You will be responsible for the strategic development of our Sales, Logistics or Supply IT applications and processes, creating sustainable, innovative and scalable solutions for the future
  • As Lead Developer, you will work directly with your developers on initiatives of our "CLAIM 5" growth strategy and play a key role in the renewal of our ERP systems with SAP S/4HANA
  • You will be responsible for the lateral management of > 5 developers onsite, nearshore and offshore
  • You will plan and coordinate (internal and external) IT developers for global implementation and rollout projects
  • You will have the opportunity to work with your team to take implementations to the next level of quality and apply the principles of Clean Code and TDD in practice
