What you’ll bring with you

• Expertise and experience in agile development methodologies and lean approaches
• Confidence and skills to manage 4-5 George feature squads totaling ~50 motivated employees
• Empathetic leadership style to understand and support your team members
• Build organization as a community working towards a shared purpose and common goals
• Ability to clearly communicate with wide range of stakeholders including top managements, vendors, product owners, designers, architects and developers
• Ability to paint big picture and make it understandable to top management
• Experience with staffing, salary setting, bonus distribution and hiring processes
• Ability to set clear individual, team and organizational goals enabling value delivery to our customers

• We guarantee a competitive and performance-related salary, dependent on your professional and personal qualifications. We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 70.000 - gross per year for this full time position.
