What to do:

​​​​​​The department of Group Risk Solutions provides the Early Warning Signals system (a.k.a the Solution) within Erste Group. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Solution Developer. You will participate in the growth-story of the Solution by helping to get new features implemented in - and new data sources connected to - the solution. More over, you will act as a bridge between Business and IT, helping to move ideas to actionable changes. You will be involved in the entire software life-cycle, where you will collaborate with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects. You will work with other software engineers, data analysts, and decision-makers, such as product owners, to build solutions and gain novel insights in the role of a solution manager.
