1. Applying for a job at Blockpit
We want to eliminate the word “application” from our word usage. You don’t have to apply to us. We want to get to know you and you should also have the chance to get to know us.

2. Typical application questions
We don’t ask you about your strengths and weaknesses. We also don’t want you to read out your resume for us. Tell us what moves your inner spirit and why your heart beats for crypto.

3. A rigid and distant atmosphere
No matter if CEO, Dev Lead or who ever - we’re all on a first-name basis. We think that respect is nothing you have to earn - we want you just the way you are. You should feel free and comfortable in our conversation. We want to get to know you and not a polished “resume version” of yourself!

At Blockpit we believe that teamwork makes the dream work. Does that sound cringe? Definitely! But that’s what we believe in and it’s also the reason why we have a Virtual Stock Option Plan for all our direct employees.

Unfortunately corona forced us to postpone our last year’s Christmas Party. Though, not a reason to skip celebrating common goals together!

Our last All-hands Team Meeting for 2021 took place in a virtual space.

We reflected on our common achievements, took some time to chat about weird family Christmas traditions & got ourselves into the mood for our big goals for #2022. Which wasn’t too hard, because this team is on fire!
