Requirements
- Successfully completed bachelor or master’s degree in informatics, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or a comparable subject area, or comparable competencies
- High motivation to combine software and automotive development
- Agility, initiative, confident demeanor, flexibility, team spirit and high commitment
- German min. level B1 (CEF), English min. level B2 (CEF)
Scope of Work
- You will start in your target department and design your individual Trainee Program together with your supervisor and your mentor
- In 12 months, you will gain interdisciplinary experience and build up a cross-company network
- In 8-week project assignments across three different divisions, you will get to know CARIAD. You will work in fields such as: Autonomous Driving AD, ADAS, Environment Perception + Trajectory Planning, Big Data / Scientific Computing, AI (Machine Learning), Software Engineering, Full Stack Developing, HD Map, App Development, HMI Framework, Climate Development, Coding, Chassis Technology and other relevant fields
- You will learn and work with agile methods, including SAFe, LACE and Scrum
- You will be introduced to other Volkswagen Group brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche and shown the interfaces with CARIAD (integration management)
- You will be able to take part in interesting seminars and training courses to support your personal development
