We are the Ecosystem Dynamics and Forest Management group at the Technical University of Munich and work on the effects of global change on ecosystems. We rely heavily on modern computer-based methods for ecosystem modeling, remote sensing and artificial intelligence. We work on five continents and collaborate in international research networks in order to understand the ongoing changes to ecosystems and to derive guidance for ecosystem managers. A special focus of our work is the Berchtesgaden National Park, Germany’s only national park in the Alps.
We don’t have any open positions right now.
