Each story is equipped with lounge areas and modern meeting rooms set in a bright, open space. This, coupled with our UI/UX-Lab and in-car testing facilities, makes our office the perfect environment for cross-departmental teamwork.

MBition's second home is in Bulgaria, in the historic city of Sofia.

Through our work on a variety of software solutions, our international team plays an important part in making Mercedes-Benz the global leader in automotive software. 

One of the many Software-Domains here at MBition is the Speech-Domain, among which multiple teams work on building core parts of the "Hey Mercedes"-Voice assistant.

Our colleague Manoj Keshavaprakash works as an Engineering Lead within the Speech-Domain. Among many other things, driving a clear vision and strategy within the teams is one of his key tasks.
 
And he has been part of MBition for quite a while.
When we asked Manoj about why he decided to work at MBition he said:
