Konfiguration und Optimierung der Softwareprodukte
Unterstützung bei laufenden Aktualisierungen der Standardsoftware
Unterstützung beim Störungsmanagement und Verantwortung des Problemmanagements (3rd Level Support) in Abstimmung mit dem Hersteller der Standardsoftware und des Betriebsteams
Selbstständiges durchführen von Komponententests, Unterstützung des QS-Teams
