AI Engineer M/F

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions using technologies such as GPT, Azure AI services, and other advanced AI techniques. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to co-create solutions that address client needs while pushing the boundaries of AI applications.

Your main responsibilities

Build phase

• Develop end-to-end AI use cases and quickly prototype scenarios from AI to UX for end users.
• Engineer prompts to optimize AI performance and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions based on Azure OpenAI and other Azure AI services.
• Integrate AI services with existing systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to define use cases in co-creation mode.
• Maintain documentation of code, processes, workflows, and AI architectures.

Run phase

• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions with team members.
• Ensure best practices in software development, security, and performance are followed.
• Support adoption and usage of generative AI by educating technical and business leaders.
• Monitor AI and machine learning trends, experimenting with new techniques to enhance projects.

Do you have experience in Software development?, Do you have a Master's degree?, You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with practical experience in AI projects, particularly using OpenAI or large language models (LLMs). You combine technical expertise, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills to design solutions that deliver measurable value.

Your technical expertise

• Pre-trained language models (GPT) and generative AI applications
• Prompt engineering and Agentic Approach (OpenAI Agent SDK, MCP Tools, etc.)
• Azure AI services and cloud integration
• Python programming and RESTful API development
• Cloud architecture, Azure Functions, and SQL databases (appreciated)
• Business Intelligence, ETL/ELT processes (nice to have)
• DevOps best practices in software development

• Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented
• Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving technology environments
• Innovative mindset with attention to technical and business detail

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience: Proven experience in AI/ML projects and working with LLMs (GPT, Azure AI)
