Job description
The BtC Sales team manages multiple sales channels for energy supply, services, and installations. Within this framework, the 'Digital Sales' division focuses on sales of the websites as well as the online partners, with special attention to digital innovation and optimization. This position will report to the E-Commerce Expert, supporting the execution of the digital lead generation strategy and improving sales through Luminus.be and other channels.
The E-Commerce lead expert is responsible for implementation and execution of the digital lead generation capability for B2C and PRO energy supply verticals through test campaigns, data-driven analysis, conversion rate optimization (CRO), continuous testing (A/B and multivariate, offer,.. ), and performance reporting. This role ensures that direct digital leads are created, ingested and followed up by the end-channels., * Responsible for lead generation strategy and tactics within the framework of the e-commerce strategic and operational plans
- Responsible for lead flows: implementation, run, qualification and optimization as well as final conversion rate with the end-channels.
- Lead to sale follow-up and optimization in cooperation with end channels (inbound / outbound / direct sales)
- Set-up, run and monitor lead ingestion capability, reporting and lead scoring model
- Set-up, run and monitor test campaigns in order to drive leads
- Set-up, run, monitor and tests lead flows (including eg; sales incomplete: luminus.be fall-out, "save for later", cross vertical, content)
- Analyze customer journeys and recommend optimizations across product pages, funnels, and CTAs.
- Work closely with Digital and Marketing to implement and improve features based on testing and analytics (lead focus).
- Assist in benchmarking and competitive analysis to spot digital best practices in the sector (e.g. banking, telecom, energy).

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and experience with CRO and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely).

Hands-on experience with lead generation for res and pro markets

Hands-on experience in testing platforms and UX analysis.

Digital advertising A-Z (Google, Meta, Display, ..)

Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.

Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset.

Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or equivalent by experience.

Proven track record in conversion optimization and performance analytics.

Fluent in Dutch or French; working proficiency in English.

5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in energy, telecom, or banking.

Proven track record in CRO, performance campaign and analytics.
