Tasks

• Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for users and systems.
• Maintain and oversee IT infrastructure including Windows servers.
• Document IT processes and manage user access rights effectively., * Maintenance and support of IT infrastructure (Windows servers, clients, networks, printers, etc.)
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Participation in IT projects and continuous development of system landscapes
• Monitoring system availability and conducting error analyses
• Management of user and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
• Documentation of IT processes and systems

Your profile:

• Completed training in the IT field

• Solid knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, network technology, and virtualization (Hyper-V)

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Customer orientation, teamwork skills
