What awaits you with us:

  • You bring IT into shape

You manage our IT infrastructure (servers, clients, mobile devices, printers, etc.), take care of rollouts with Microsoft Intune, and ensure the quick processing of support requests.

  • You know the systems in detail

You are familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, and classic hardware and software topics. You ensure operation and support security and compliance policies.

  • You step in when things get stuck

In the IT hotline, you analyze disruptions and fix errors. You forward more complex cases to 3rd level or external partners and also provide on-site support at our locations.

  • You develop yourself further

You participate in IT and ERP projects, support rollouts and digitization initiatives, and assist with training as well as onboarding and offboarding new employees.

Requirements

Training in computer science or comparable qualification

Analytical, structured, and service-oriented working style

High teamwork skills and strong communication abilities

Basic knowledge in applications and interfaces

At least two years of experience in IT support (1st/2nd level)

Driver's license category B for flexible support assignments at our locations
