Your task

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in line with business needs
• Assist with the design and execution of the strategic IT roadmap based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Group initiatives.
• Oversee IT vendor management, ensuring coordination and service delivery from third-party providers.
• Continue the internal digitalization and automation by managing projects together with service lines business and corporate services.
• Take ownership of technical, tactical IT projects, overseeing their successful execution from initiation to completion.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and management practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the IT department.
• Promote a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the IT organization.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 5-8 years of experience.
• Strong technical expertise in M365, Azure, and network management.
• Excellent communication skills in German, French, and English., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong technical background and understanding of various IT disciplines, including M365, Azure, Active Directory, and network management.
• Proven experience in an IT leadership role, we expect 5-8 years' experience as an IT professional, ideally as a consultant.
• Experience in designing and implementing cyber/IT security and surrounding policies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (German, French and English).
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
