• Operation, maintenance, and further development of the Microsoft infrastructure (HPE, Hyper-V, Windows Server, Windows Client)
• Responsibility for the Microsoft 365 tenant (including Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
• Configuration, operation, and maintenance of the network (LAN/WLAN)
• Maintenance of system documentation, project participation as well as support in operational business and new requirements
• 2nd and 3rd level support and contact person for internal concerns
• Willingness for on-call duty over the weekend, * An interesting and diverse working environment with short decision-making paths and flat hierarchy in a popular tourist destination

• Completed IT training with several years of experience and corresponding further education
• Experience as an IT System Engineer with solid knowledge in server virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V) and networking technologies (HPE)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, especially M365 / Entra ID and Azure
• IT security is normal for you
• Communicative, team-oriented, and solution-oriented personality with very good German skills in spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
• Enjoyment of new developments and technologies as well as willingness for continuous further education
