Job description

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT Support Consultant (L1/L2) to join our client in Geneva. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth daily IT operations in a fast-paced and international environment., * Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for users (hardware, software, network, and peripherals)

  • Diagnose and resolve incidents via ticketing tools (remote & on-site support)
  • Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications & user accounts
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up on user requests
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Support / Service Desk (Level 1 & 2)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environment, MS Office / O365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot network & workstation issues
  • Fluent English required; French highly appreciated
  • Strong communication skills, proactive mindset & customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Geneva (Monday to Friday)
