IT System Administrator

• Co-responsibility for the server and network architecture including monitoring, further development, and documentation
• Collaboration and administration of requirements in IT support (first and second level support)
• Coordination of necessary tasks with external service providers
• Support and configuration of virtual server environments
• Independent support, management, and administration of the company-wide IT infrastructure/environment including setup of work devices (e.g., smartphone, clients, servers, etc.)
• Conducting fault analyses and troubleshooting
• Co-responsibility for planning, implementation, and control of IT projects

• IT specialist - system integration or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in first/second level support as well as experience in project work
• Experience with current topics such as Industry 4.0, cloud environments, and ideally experience in manufacturing/machine integration and AI
• Experience with common network technologies
• Good operating system knowledge (Windows Server/Clients)
• Good knowledge in managing Active Directory (users, rights, group policies)
• Good English skills
• Strong communication skills, pronounced service orientation/willingness, and teamwork ability
