SAP Support Specialist FI/CO

Tasks

• Ensure end-user support through efficient ticket handling.
• Support business activities, including month-end closing and error resolution.
• Administer SAP, manage interfaces, and conduct data analyses., * Ensuring end user support (helpdesk), such as:
• Processing tickets and requests with a focus on FI/CO (30/70)
• Supporting operational business activities (pre-/post-processing of monthly and annual closings, booking errors, IDOC, management of electronic payment transactions and accounts payable workflow AFI)
• Handling cost centers, internal orders, general ledger accounts, COPA, MIRO errors, WERE accounts, CO analyses, cost allocation and distribution cycles, etc.
• Developing workarounds, solution documentation, user training
• Escalation management to 3rd level support
• General SAP administration, monitoring of interfaces and intercompany movements, queries, data analyses, integration tests, situational project activities, etc., You will work in a dynamic environment with short decision-making paths and plenty of room for your own ideas, where you can contribute and develop according to your interests and abilities. • Experience with SAP FI/CO as a Key-User, knowledge of other SAP modules is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken., * Proven experience with SAP (ECC 6.0) in the FI/CO and COPA areas as a key user, experience with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PM) is an advantage
• General understanding of industrial processes in ERP
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
