Job description
- Focus on policy-driven cloud guardrails, delegated administration, and governance criteria that enable secure, compliant engineering.
- Maintain cloud governance policies and standards; record decisions and exceptions.
- Translate external standards and platform roadmaps into policy updates.
- Design least-privilege delegated admin models (incl. PIM/PAM) and approval flows.
- Define governance criteria for tenant changes; review high-impact changes for alignment.
- Define rollout readiness/Definition of Done and provide sign-off inputs for capability rollouts.
- Define governance KPIs and targets; ensure input data quality for dashboards.
- Author authoritative guidance (standards, patterns, FAQs, playbooks, reference architectures).
- Run governance office hours and enablement sessions with PMO support.
- Collaborate with PMO on cadence/reporting while keeping governance content authoritative.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * Practical experience in cloud governance for Microsoft 365/Azure environments
- Strong grasp of IAM and least-privilege design (including Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM/PAM)
- Hands-on with Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, and control implementation/evidence
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Azure CLI, KQL, and Git-based workflows
- Familiarity with work tracking and delivery tooling (Azure DevOps or Jira)
- Ability to define measurable KPIs and interpret compliance/telemetry signals
- Clear, concise technical writing and documentation skills
- Stakeholder management and facilitation across Security, Compliance, and Engineering
- Structured problem solving, attention to detail, and decision-record discipline
- Growth mindset, pragmatism, and comfort operating in evolving governance contexts
- Highly motivated to learn and grow within the field.
- Responsible and patient, with the ability to undertake routine tasks accurately.
- Open-minded and comfortable working within a multicultural team environment.
- Ability to embrace change and innovation, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to travel internationally.
